System Requirements

Welcome to our online training system. In order to view this training program your PC will need to adhere to the following requirements:

  1. Internet Explorer 4.01 SP2 (4.72) or better (5+ Recommended).
  2. Temporarily disable your pop-up blocker. Click here for steps to disable the most widely used pop-up blockers.
  3. Screen Resolution of 800 x 600 (1024 x 768 or greater recommended). Your resolution is currently set to . Click here for steps to adjust your screen resolution, if necessary.
  4. Windows Media Player 6.4 or better. In the Windows Media window below, click on the play button (>). If the video loads and begins playing you are ready to begin.

After installing Windows Media Player return to this page and ensure the video will play.

If, when you click on the play button, you receive a message to install a new codec, accept and install the new codec as directed from the screen prompts. The video will start playing once the codec has been installed.
